Echoing my earlier thoughts, I genuinely believed that dialling their helpline from my TalkTalk landline wouldn’t incur any charges, yet to my dismay, I’ve been billed. When I rang in today, I was informed it’s a ‘scam number’, but curiously, this website claims it’s a legitimate TalkTalk line! Honestly, their customer service is utterly abysmal.

I reached out to Talk Talk on the 6th of June, as I’m a customer of theirs. I dialled 08448184099 to raise a concern regarding their services. Right off the bat, I inquired, "Will I incur any charges for this call?" The representative assured me there would be none. However, upon checking my online account, I was infuriated to discover a charge of £3.43. Not only did they bill me for calling, despite them being my provider, but it appears I was misled as well. Completely unacceptable!
