I received a call that I assumed was from the NHS, but to my surprise, I ended up being billed nearly ten quid just for picking up the phone. When I did, it was as if no one was on the other end. Quite the puzzling experience!

You should definitely get in touch with your phone company and demand a refund. If you want to help put an end to these scam calls and texts, you gotta do your bit and REPORT them! I picked up a call thinking it was from the NHS, but there was nobody on the other end. Afterwards, they charged me £7 along with a connection fee. Quite dodgy if you ask me.
