My Barclays account keeps getting bombarded with calls from various numbers. Thankfully, we decided to invest in a TrueCall blocking device, and blimey, it’s made a world of difference! Now, only my close friends and family can reach me. I’m absolutely chuffed to finally be rid of these pesky nuisances!

It’s quite possible that this crowd has started using that number already, as they might reckon that ordinary ones are just too recognisable. Alternatively, they could have secured a deal for a fresh call centre. We stopped picking up calls from 08x numbers ages ago, especially since many of the callers seem to struggle with English. When we need to chat with our employer clients, we simply have to converse in their languages. It would be rather splendid if banks could employ individuals who could engage with me in my own tongue. (Note the sarcasm).

Alternatively, they might have shifted their business to a fresh call centre. We stopped picking up calls from 08xxx numbers ages ago; typically, the callers struggle with English. I've recently started receiving those annoying calls as well. I’ve taken the usual approach-picking up and remaining quiet on the line. However, I’ve seen that the numbers seem to be linked with Cable & Wireless, the very company we’re associated with, so I intend to investigate which business is behind them. They seem to be utilising various numbers like 08448111608, 08448111649, 08448111651, and 08448110214. Keeping track of all these under the title ‘Spam’ on my phone is turning out to be a bit of a hassle at the moment!

BARCLAYCARD, you say? Well, they’ve been ringing us using a plethora of 0844 numbers - I reckon it’s been more than ten times this past week! While they’re merrily pushing our nation into a recession, they seem to find joy in getting blocked repeatedly by BlackBaller on our mobiles. It’s rather amusing, to be honest, to think we can send them packing more often than they can even manage to reach us! Quite the satisfying little game we have going here. :p

Barclays have been incessantly ringing from various numbers. Thankfully, we got ourselves a TrueCall phone blocker, and it’s absolutely brilliant! Finally, we can enjoy some peace and quiet, as now only our friends and family can reach us. This has really put a stop to those pesky harassers!
