I received confirmation from BT that this number is indeed a scam. From now on, I won't be picking up any calls from 0844 numbers, and I've gone ahead and blocked this one specifically.

I tried calling an old Nectar customer service line, but the phone never even rang since the number is outdated. Still, I got charged 46p for making the call. Quite annoying!

What a bother those Nectar folks are! They don't even possess a landline number, which would save me some dosh. Their website, frankly, is a complete shambles. If you need to notify them about a lost card, you’re tossed into the FAQs section (found under their so-called 'Contact Us') only to be directed straight back to the login page. Honestly, it’s utterly ridiculous!

What a complete faff! Trying to get through to this number has been utterly pointless. I feel like I’m just spinning my wheels here. All we’re after is a replacement for our battered Nectar card. Honestly, I reckon we've called at least seven times since the start of the year and still no luck!

I’m really puzzled as to why their website seems to be malfunctioning. It’s rather frustrating, isn't it? And on top of that, the cost to call Nectar is quite steep! This marks my third attempt at trying to get registered, and I’m starting to lose my patience with this whole rigmarole.
