Absolute rubbish customer support. They kept grilling me about my terminal, the people using it, my team and clients. At one point, they wanted me to sketch out a whole network map just so I could meet PCI standards. In the end, turns out I couldn’t be PCI compliant anyway. To top it off, they charged me £25 across six calls since 0844 calls aren’t included in my plan. Barclays seriously annoyed me.

Got a call saying it was from Barclaycard doing a compliance check, but the number they rang from (0121 4680578) came up as suspicious when I checked it with the Barclaycard number search tool - [#]barclays{##)/security/phone-number-lookup/. BT Call Protect kept blocking it and it’s been showing up loads on my 1572 caller ID recently, like 3 or more times a week. Feels dodgy to me, so just be careful if you get this one.
