I can't believe it! My elderly mother-in-law received a phone call from someone purporting to offer aftercare services for her Sky system. The poor woman doesn’t even need anything like that, yet they somehow managed to extract her debit card details from her. It's hard to tell if it's outright fraudulent behaviour or just deeply unscrupulous. What do you reckon?
