I reckon this recruitment firm is dodgy, especially since they make you pay those expensive 0844 numbers. Feels like a scam to me.

I called this firm on their toll-free 01384 246 250 number. Everyone was really nice.

I called back Concept Resourcers Recruitment after they left a message about a job opening and ended up being charged £10 for a call that lasted only 19 minutes! Just a heads up, if they ring you about a vacancy and you return their call, it’s not free - I definitely wasn’t expecting that. Watch out for hidden charges like this.

Got a voicemail from some recruitment firm named Concept Resourcing about a payment that's supposedly due this week. I don't even know these people, never signed up or anything, so no chance I owe them a penny! Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
