Greetings, all! We recently received a rather similar phone call regarding Sky equipment, with the caller claiming to represent genuine Sky. After double-checking our insurance documents, we reached out to Sky directly, only to discover it was a fraudulent attempt. Do you happen to have a contract or any documentation from these individuals displaying their company name? If so, we’d be more than happy to hand it over to Sky, who can then escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities, as they are actively working to put an end to these scams. Eagerly awaiting your response!

I received a call from a girl claiming to be Sophie, attempting to sell me insurance for a Sky box that I've never owned. Quite baffling, if you ask me!
