I received an email stating that there’s been a change in the password security for our Visa affiliated with Alliance and Leicester. The catch is, I don’t actually possess an Alliance and Leicester card! We attempted to reach out through the "Contact Us" page as suggested, which supposedly directs you to their "Alliance and Leicester" customer service. However, the moment we hung up, we ran into issues!

Received an email informing me that the security password for our Alliance and Leicester Visa had been changed upon our request. The problem is, we don’t even possess an Alliance and Leicester card. So, we decided to head to the "contact us" section, where this number was listed, supposedly connecting us to an 'Alliance and Leicester' customer support team. At that moment, we chose to hang up the phone in suspicion.
