EE were completely uncooperative, subtly suggesting it was my error, and all they offered was a meagre partial refund along with some tips on packages that supposedly cover these sorts of calls. I was absolutely furious! It's absolutely ridiculous to think anyone would stay on the phone for over an hour without a good reason.

Hastings Direct's customer service line is a bit of a joke... They hit me with a £10 fee just for missing their call.

I've since decided to terminate my insurance policy with them altogether.
