They said they were from some "energy care centre" and that it was a local number, but when I checked with 1471 it was definitely not. They also told me they ignore the TPS list, which seemed dodgy. To top it off, the person mentioned all their supervisors were celebrating last month's achievements or something. Suspicious call from "Energey Care Centre" it was.
