3 yearsThis number belongs to Yodel's Customer Service Team based in Speke, Liverpool.Yodel Customer ExcellenceSpekeLiverpool3 yearsdidnt pick up blocked just check the old notes3 yearsWho would have thought that trying to sort out a delivery issue caused by Yodel would end up costing me for my phone call? Just got my phone bill and decided to check with Yodel on their chat about where it says on their site or app that their helpline is a premium rate number. Their reply was basically that it’s not stated it’s free, so I should get in touch with the retailer instead. Absolutely ridiculous… I’ll definitely be double-checking which delivery company is doing the job next time I order something.Yodel3 yearsIve had the exact same probs with Yodel and their phone charges. Now I always tell online stores to avoid using Yodel for deliveries coz they never actually try to deliver and then expect you to pay loads just to get info from them. Proper frustrating!Yodel5 yearsI kept getting messages from a premium Yodel number saying my parcel was returned to the depot a few times cos the driver had issues. I called to check and they kept saying it was out for delivery. This all started on 8th December. By the 20th, the supplier refunded me and told me to keep the parcel if it ever showed up. Then it finally turned up on Christmas Eve. I get that December is mad busy but this felt totally daft.Yodel5 yearsThey told us to ring the number above to sort out a pick-up from a warehouse. We checked our CCTV and there's no sign anyone came to deliver a parcel at the time and date they mentioned. So, I reckon this is a dodgy scam.CCTV5 yearsThey charged me for a call I never actually made. Took money twice for the exact same call which I didn’t even make. £1.18 got taken as a call fee with no warning at all.5 yearsHeads up! Got a text about a missed delivery from a supposed premium rate Yodel number. But I was home all day and my CCTV didn’t catch any delivery try. I contacted the shop where I bought the item. The parcel turned up the very next day with the usual tracking updates and driver info. Be careful with these!CCTV6 yearsYodel at it again, ripping people off. They fail to deliver then expect you to pay to figure out why they mess up. This lot should be banned, they’re nowhere near helpful for the UK. Plus, their call centres are in South Africa? What’s that all about? Totally rubbish service.YodelUKSouth Africa6 yearsRang but no one picked up.6 yearsBusiness rates are honestly a total scam, just trying to check on a parcel they delayed. Such a rip off, definitely won’t be using their service again.7 yearsUnbelievable! Tried ringing Yodel about tracking my parcel and the call went on for nearly 38 minutes. Ended up with two separate charges on my bill - one was 63p, the other was £17.63. Plus, I noticed another charge from a different Yodel number, 08442480828, for £2.02. So in total, I got stung for about £20 extra on my phone bill! Honestly, Yodel are the worst when it comes to parcels, and they’re absolute daylight robbers on phone calls.Yodel7 yearsTotal scam artists!7 yearsJust like everyone else said, had to ring Yodel and ended up with a huge phone bill. This kind of thing is so unfair and calling it Customer Service is a joke.Yodel7 yearsTotal rip off artists. Same happened to me, got a text saying they attempted a delivery but no one was in, complete rubbish. Customer service was useless, no help at all. Then got my phone bill and saw charges from Yodel on there. What a joke.Yodel7 yearsWish they’d put a notice on their site sayin’ don’t call about delivery ’cause you won’t actually talk to anyone but ya still get charged loads for the call!!!7 yearsTried calling Yodel to check on my parcel delivery but was stuck in a never-ending queue and never spoke to anyone, so I hung up. Now I've been hit with a £21.42 charge. Proper annoyed.Yodel7 yearsJust called Yodel about them dropping off my parcel at the wrong house, and then they go and charge me £15 for the phone call! Proper cheesed off with that!Yodel7 yearsYodel never seems to get the parcels to the right place, I phoned them to sort it out and now they’ve slapped me with a £10.45 fee for the call. Ridiculous, feels like a total rip-off.Yodel7 yearsYODEL's charges are an absolute rip off, honestly daylight robbery.YODEL7 yearsI had to get on the blower to Yodel because the tracking said the driver left my parcel in a secure outhouse. Both my sheds are locked tight with hefty padlocks to keep out thieves. They never left a note explaining where it was left, and it’s been five weeks now, still no call back “after speaking to the driver”. Funny thing is, it turned up about two hours after I rang, chucked over a neighbour’s hedge. They didn’t even bother coming down my driveway! You’re stuck because you have to chase them just to find out what nonsense they’ve done with your delivery. The worst time was when they dumped a big parcel in the middle of a hospital corridor, miles from where I actually work. Nearly sparked a bomb scare! What’s mad is the shipping label had my mobile number right on it!Yodel7 yearsGot a text from Yodel saying they'd delivered a parcel, but it wasn't even mine. I rang them up to sort it out and found out it was meant for someone else. That phone call ended up costing me £12! Honestly, steer clear of these guys.Yodel7 years08447550117 belongs to Yodel’s customer support. Trust me, don’t ring it up - they’ll end up charging you like crazy, about 45p per minute.Yodel7 yearsYodel hit me with an £11 fee just for saying one of their couriers left a wrong parcel at mine alongside my own. Bit annoyed really, probably should've just kept the parcel and saved the hassle.YODEL7 yearsHonestly, I’m more annoyed than most of you I reckon! Yodel took £12 from me just to listen to their robotic voice and I never even spoke to a real person to sort things out!! Their so-called "support" is a joke. Maybe in the future I’ll find this funny? I ranted on Twitter to them, not sure what else I can try? Bloody hell Yodel. If you’re here, you probs got charged too :( I’m proper pissed off with them~YodelTwitter7 yearsI ended up paying more than £20 just to ring this number because my parcel never turned up. Honestly, the whole Yodel experience was terrible - they took more than a week to get my package to me! Absolutely won’t be using Yodel again, rubbish service.Yodel7 yearsJust got billed nearly £10 from Yodel!!! Proper annoyed with that!Yodel7 yearsI rang this number and ended up with a £7.40 bill for just a 12 minute call!!! Typical Yodel messing about again.Yodel7 yearsYodel sent my package to the wrong place, so I rang them up twice but couldn’t get through to anyone. I ended up paying £20 in call charges. From what I’ve read in other reviews, it looks like Yodel does this on purpose to make money from premium call rates. Honestly, I’d stay clear of this number and try not to use companies that rely on Yodel for deliveries.Yodel7 yearsI rang YODEL about a parcel they said they attempted to deliver, but its been a right nightmare since. My tip? Tell whoever you buy from to AVOID YODEL completely. Theyre hopeless.YODEL7 yearsI rang Yodel on 08447550117 to complain about their driver being dishonest. I got home to find my parcel just left on my doorstep, with a note saying it was left next door. I asked my neighbour if she’d taken it in for me, but she said no. When I looked at my CCTV, the driver simply walked down my drive and dropped the parcel on my doorstep without even trying to leave it with the neighbour. Now, Yodel has charged me £7.86 just for telling them about it, and they won’t take any action against the driver.YodelCCTV8 yearsJust like a lot of others here, I got a note saying Yodel tried to drop off a package but failed, which was nonsense since we’d been home all day. Rang Yodel on that number and had to pay £4.99, only to be told it was an error and they’d try again the next day. Complete rip off, stay clear of any firms that use Yodel!Yodel8 yearsI’m done ordering from any online shops that use YODEL. I’ve even sent complaints to several places telling them I won’t be buying from them as long as they stick with YODEL. If enough customers do the same, they might finally understand. Honestly, the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with.YODEL8 yearsPhoned Yodel on 08447550117 to check the status of my parcel. Ended up paying £6.37 just for them to say they had no idea where it was.Yodel8 yearsHad a look at my EE phone bill this month and noticed some extra fees from this number. I was expecting a parcel from VAX sent by Yodel courier. Waited all day using the tracking number but by evening, no sign of the parcel. They claimed they tried to deliver just before 8pm, which wasn’t true as we were home all evening and the doorbell is fine. Tried ringing Yodel at first, then had to go through their online reschedule option for next day delivery. Those phone calls ended up costing me £4.72 plus VAT. Honestly, where’s the honesty from Yodel in all this?EEVAXYodel8 yearsI rang Yodel's customer support to check on my package and ended up paying £11. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER, ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM.Yodel8 yearsYODEL said they tried to deliver but left a card even tho I clearly said to leave the parcel somewhere safe. When I rang to ask where my stuff was, I was put on hold for more than half an hour and eventually gave up. Then they charged me £15 for that one call! Don’t ever ring them from a mobile, it’s daylight robbery. They really ought to have a freephone number. Dunelm honestly need to rethink using Yodel for their deliveries, it’s a nightmare.YODEL8 yearsAround 6pm, my parcel was just one stop away, then suddenly it said delivery failed. I called Yodel and they said the driver ran out of time and couldn’t drop it off, even tho he was literally on the next street and the delivery window was till 9pm! Spent half an hour on the phone and it’s cost me £24 in calls!! Is there any way to get that money back?Yodel8 yearsyodel??? i was just trying to check when my parcel would arrive cos their site said they tried to deliver and left a card - total rubbish! i was in all day and noone turned up, no card either. then this happened two more times! so i phoned them since the online chat didn’t work. guess what? i got hit with a £23 bill for the call. honestly, yodel is the worst courier ive ever dealt with.Yodel8 yearsGot a call from 08447550117 saying Yodel had left my parcel in the letterbox and that I was home all day. No sign of any parcel though, so either the driver’s telling porkies or Yodel is! I rang them 3 times and ended up paying over £10 in calls just to chase a £4.99 package. What a total rip-off. Stay clear of Yodel, seriously!!!!Yodel8 yearsI rang this number a couple of times cuz they said no one was home when they tried to drop my parcel. Ended up paying almost £7 for those calls, such a joke. Won't be ordering anything through Yodel ever again, feels like a proper scam. Avoid this number and Yodel completely!Yodel8 yearsYodel? What a total scam!Yodel8 yearsI called this number to ask why my parcel wasn’t put on the delivery van. After an 11 minute chat, I was told that they wouldn’t be delivering it on the day I expected and that I should just go about my business as usual. So I went out for lunch, only to later see the tracking showing the parcel coming up in 18 stops, then suddenly 9 stops, meaning I had to cut my meal short and rush back home. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ended up with a £6.51 phone bill from the call.8 yearsI got a message from Yodel saying my parcel had been delivered, but it never arrived. I tried calling to check, but after ages on hold they just refused to pick up. Ended up paying £10.85 for the call. Then had to ring again which cost me £18.57 more. To top it all off, my package was left at some completely different address. I’m never buying anything from sellers that use Yodel again. Proper scam in my eyes.Yodel8 yearsReally wish I'd seen this earlier before my son kept ringing up to find out where the delivery driver dropped his parcel. The phone bills ended up costing me more than what was actually inside the box. We finally tracked it down at the wrong place, but had to stump up for all the call costs with no chance of a refund!8 yearsIf only I’d seen this before! Seriously, don’t ring this Yodel customer service number from your mobile - actually, better still, just avoid Yodel altogether. I just lost £25 after calling them about a parcel they said they tried to deliver three times but left no card. YODEL - sort yourselves out, you bunch of crooks.Yodel8 yearsAVOID RINGING THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR MOBILE BECAUSE THE COSTS ARE RIDICULOUS. IT’S YODEL’S CONTACT AND I GOT STUNG £12 FOR JUST WAITING ON THE LINE WITH NO ONE PICKING UP. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. ALSO, STAY CLEAR OF DUNELM ORDERS SINCE THEY USE YODEL FOR DELIVERY.YodelDunelm8 yearsThese YODEL folks look like they’re running some kinda sneaky protection scam. Avoid calling them at all costs - report them to OFCOM, the local cops, and your MP. Have a look at what people are saying on Trustpilot about NB/yodel[###] - around 30% of the reviews only give 1 star, and probably would rate even worse if it was an option. Feels like their whole game is to purposely not deliver parcels and profit off all the expensive, worried phone calls they get.YODELTrustpilot8 yearsMy package got nicked after the yodel driver left it in some "safe spot" outside, right under a tree in the mud. I tried ringing the number on the card three times but couldn't get through, spent ages on hold only to finally speak to someone who was no help at all. They said they'd call me back, never did. Then I had to contact the company I ordered from, told them what happened, thankfully they sent me a replacement. But today when I looked at my phone bill, it was £10 higher this month, which is just ridiculous. Now I'm trying to find an email to properly complain to them.Yodel8 yearsYODEL are a nightmare. They put you on hold forever then charge you ridiculous amounts. Proper dodgy behaviour. I had to call the number on their site for ‘Customer Service’ cos it was the only one given. They didn’t deliver my parcel like they said they would. When I finally got through, the person sounded totally clueless. She said my parcel would be delivered last night - obviously a total fib! Now my phone bill shows that call cost me nearly £5 for about 8 minutes!! Absolute RIP OFF from YODEL!YODEL8 yearsI find myself having to ring the network provider now and then, but the fees they slap on are just daylight robbery.8 yearsYODEL. What a nightmare dealing with this delivery service! They put you on hold forever, then you have to listen to loads of automated options just to find out if you can pick up your package yourself or get it sent again. In the end, I chose to pick it up but the driver still turned up the next day to try and deliver it again. Total waste of time and effort. Stay clear of them, honestly.YODEL8 yearsGot charged £5.53 for a call just 9 minutes long after they messed up my package. Seriously ridiculous. Only ring them if it’s really urgent.8 yearsI got an order from a seller on eBay who said they were based in the UK, but it turned out they were actually in China. They emailed me telling me to call this number to sort out my order - really obvious scam, like they think we’re daft. Just steer clear and don’t bother calling, or you’ll probably get charged.UKChina8 yearsWhy do these courier firms charge ridiculous fees just for customers to phone up about their parcels? I got slapped with a £20 bill after being stuck on hold for 31 minutes and just couldn’t be bothered anymore. Ended up waiting for them to try delivering again instead! It’s shocking how they manage to get away with this. Calling to sort out delivery times should be absolutely free!!!8 yearsTried ringing the company to sort out a parcel that got dropped off at my place by mistake. Couldn't get through to a real person, just some automated voice. Just found out they charge silly fees just to get in touch. Would steer well clear of this firm!8 yearsYodel adds a nasty fee since they’re based in Australia, and you only spot it when your phone bill arrives.YodelOz8 yearsJust like loads of others here, Yodel managed to misplace my parcel somewhere in their sorting depot and chasing it up ended up costing me about £11 in phone charges. Honestly, it’s a terrible way to treat customers, they should be well embarrassed.Yodel8 yearsYodel are total rip offs. I got charged more than £21 just for calling them because they lied about a parcel that was never actually delivered. If anyone is sending you stuff with Yodel, don’t be daft and call them - it’s just a sneaky way for them to make more money, probably more than you paid for the delivery to start with. Proper scammers.Yodel8 yearsYodel are hopeless. They misplaced my package and then had the cheek to charge me for ringing them up to sort it out! Absolutely won’t be using Yodel again, no way.Yodel8 yearsYodel completely messed up by scanning my parcel wrong, so the tracking showed it was delivered when it wasn’t. I rang their customer service at 08447550117 and ended up being charged nearly £11 because of their mistake. YODEL, this is rubbish. Why should I have to foot the bill for your failings?Yodel8 yearsYodel messed up scanning my package so the tracking showed it was delivered when it wasnt. I rang their customer service on 08447550117 and ended up paying around £11 for their mistake. YODEL, this is just pathetic. Why on earth should I have to cover your screw up?Yodel8 yearsYodel messed up and scanned my package wrong so the tracking showed it was delivered when it wasn't. I rang their customer service on 08447550117 and got slugged around £11 just because of their mistake. YODEL, this is ridiculous! Why am I supposed to cough up for your stuff up?Yodel8 yearsYodel dropped off my wine delivery at the wrong address and claimed they left it somewhere totally different than what I told them to if I wasn’t home (obviously I wasn’t there since it was the wrong place). The phone calls to sort it out ended up costing me £5.60. They promised to update me within 4 hours but didn’t bother calling until 2 days later just to ask if I’d received it (which I did, thanks to the kind person at the wrong address). Absolutely hopeless service.Yodel8 yearsWould strongly warn folks against calling Yodal on 08447550117. They're obviously raking in cash with those ridiculous fees. Honestly, can't see why anyone would choose Yodal for deliveries now. Just got stung over £25 because of this number. Typical behaviour from companies trying to screw you over these days. Avoid Yodal for deliveries if you don't wanna get done over like I did. Get it together, Yodal - this is shameful.Yodal8 yearsI just got hit with a £11 charge to track a parcel with YODEL, and it was totally their fault the parcel went missing. They didn’t even offer a refund, really disappointed!YODEL8 yearsI just noticed a £11.60 extra charge on my phone bill for tracking a Yodel parcel that they ended up leaving at the wrong place! Absolute joke, Yodel, get your act together - this isn’t on.Yodel8 yearsI was waiting for a parcel from Yodel and the tracking showed it got delivered to my house around 12:18pm last Saturday. Thing is, no one knocked or rang, and we were home all day. Tried calling their office but it shut by 1pm so had to wait till Monday. When I finally got through, they said it went to a neighbour, which is odd because we were in and the neighbour wasn’t either. After chasing it up more, they said it’s now lost in transit. To add insult to injury, I ended up spending £8.54 just on phone calls dealing with this mess. Proper rip off if you ask me.Yodel8 yearsNever got my package from yodel, so I phoned this number and ended up paying £12 for two calls. Surely there’s a way to report yodel because this seems like a total rip-off. Yodel are just thieves and scammers!Yodel8 yearsUtterly shocking - I got three texts from Yodel in just one day. The first said my wine was on its way, the second claimed it had been delivered, then a few hours later another saying it’d be with me by 9pm. I haven’t even ordered wine, so I worried someone might’ve used my info fraudulently. I rang their number twice, which cost me £11.25 in calls! To make it worse, I was kept waiting in a queue with “your call is important to us” playing, but nobody ever answered. Total scam and should definitely be reported for fraud.Yodel8 yearsIf you get a call from an 0844 number, try searching for a different contact number by using [#][#]saynot0844[###].8 yearsBack on 06/07/2018 I called this number because the delivery note left at my door had the wrong info about my parcel. I had to find out where my package was, but the call ended up costing me £4.67 for just under 8 minutes. Honestly, don’t bother with this number, total rip off.8 yearsThis number popped up because I was told my delivery was left in a “safe outbuilding” but I don’t have one. My neighbours helped me check around but no luck. Later Yodel called me back saying it was actually stashed in my gas meter box! Why on earth didn’t the driver mention that in the first place?Yodel8 yearsJust got an email from Yodel saying they tried to deliver a parcel but couldn’t, so I called them to let them know I’d been in all day and nobody came to the door. Rang three times but never got through to anyone, and then I noticed I was charged £1.68 on my O2 bill! The parcel arrived later that afternoon, and the driver said he hadn’t come earlier. Feels like a dodgy trick to make people call and they make money from the calls. Watch out for Yodel emails claiming a missed delivery!Yodel8 yearsI rang them on 29/6/18 and just 5 minutes ended up costing me more than £3.00, and honestly they weren't very helpful at all.8 yearsYodel claimed they attempted to drop off a package but couldn't, then told me to ring them on 0844 755 0117. I was stuck on the line for about 15 minutes and in the end, they just said it was an error. To top it off, I got hit with a £7.51 charge on my phone bill. This lot needs reporting, feels like a total rip-off.Yodel8 yearsHonestly, I can’t recall ever ringing this number. But my phone bill says I did. They charged me 0.177p service fee and then 4.583 for over 10 minutes! Really baffling.8 yearsYet another annoyed Yodel (non) receiver! Just a few pounds, but it’s all down to THEIR MESS-UP! No chance I’ll trust them with MY deliveries - Hermes work perfectly for me!YodelHermes8 yearsI rang Yodel using my phone (Vodafone) and ended up paying around £5, but a big chunk of that went straight to Vodafone thanks to their 55p per minute access fee. If you check the Call Costs bit at the end of the page, calls to 08447550117 only cost between 0p and 10p per minute for the service itself.
