Got a call from 08447451111, they said they were from 118 but wouldn’t tell me anything about the company or who was on the phone. They didn’t even know simple stuff about 118 when I asked. Proper dodgy.

I ended up stuck with Unitel after buying a business that came with their contract. Honestly, their prices are way too high and they push their services like crazy. When I wanted to switch providers, they made it a nightmare, constantly blocking the transfer. It took ages - more than four months - just to finally get free of them. No matter what deals they offer, you can definitely find better and cheaper options elsewhere. Just beware, they’ll make quitting as costly and frustrating as possible!
