On a brighter note, I've managed to track down a different number: 01372 746007. I just gave it a whirl, and lo and behold, it actually connected without any issues! What a refreshing change!

I believe this number belongs to Premium Credit Ltd. The genuine contact number is 01373 748833. As of January 27, 2009, it appears that these individuals have been owed money by MBNA Corp.
