It’s legit, just a bit pricey to call!

It set me back about £6 which I can't quite work out. I thought my landline had that privacy feature where the caller has to say their name first and I can decide whether to pick up or not. I only phone known numbers anyway. I'm planning to contact my provider to sort this out because it's confusing why I'd be charged when my plan includes all calls.
