I received a rather unpleasant call from a debt recovery agency known as LINK. They were rather aggressive, especially regarding my outstanding student loan. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I’d recommend asking them for proper documentation. From what I gather, student loans should still be dealt with directly through the Student Loan Company. It’s wise to clarify your position before engaging further with them.
