I swear I phoned Holland & Barrett and ended up waiting on hold for like 12 minutes - feels like a sneaky trick just to rake in cash from that premium line! I'm proper annoyed and thinking of taking it up with their HQ. But wait a sec, that’s actually the number I dialled. So basically, I’d be calling that pricey number just to moan about it. Nah, I'll just send them an email instead and probably stop buying from them altogether.

Got a super quick ring and then they cut off.. Tried calling back but all was quiet, and the number is premium rate. Best steer clear and BLOCK IT. I've heard people say it might be Holland and Barrett, but if that’s true, why the heck use a premium line for a shop? Sounds just plain greedy to me!

Got a silent response when I called back after they just hung up straight away. Totally feels like a trick to make you ring them again.
