There’s this firm called Control Your Credit who somehow managed to take £29.70 out of my account without me ever agreeing to it. They only gave back half the money and reckon that’s acceptable. It’s definitely a scam. If you get a call from them, ignore it and get in touch with your bank straight away. What’s worse is they even charge you for the phone call itself! I ended up with an extra £7 in fees on my mobile bill because of it. Seriously, don’t pick up or ring back. It’s not worth the risk and could cause all sorts of trouble.

I got calls from some firm called Control Your Credit. No idea how they ended up with my bank info, but when I told them I never agreed to anything, they just called me a liar. They kept taking £29.70 out of my account without permission. These people seem really dodgy, definitely looks like a scam. I'm currently trying to get my money back as they’ve basically stolen it from me.
