No heads up or anything, this number from that company is just a total scam. Honestly, there really needs to be some sort of regulation to stop businesses like theirs from taking advantage of folks.

I got hit with a £21 charge after ringing this number. Unlike other places, they don’t tell you how much it’ll cost upfront and just keep you waiting forever on the line. I won’t be calling them again for sure. Honestly, it ended up cheaper for me to buy a proper device than keep using their service.

I got through to Domestic and General after waiting for over an hour, then they put me on hold and just ended the call. They never bothered to ring me back, even though they could have. I guess they knew I wasn`t going to hang around waiting that long again. Their service is rubbish.

Got a call from someone I don't recognise, and now there's a £7 charge on my bill. Definitely don't recall having a chat with them!
