I received a message from this number linked to a company that seems to be scamming people! It's called Mobtopia. Beware!

This number belongs to a company that scams people by bombarding them with text messages! Mobtopia is the name of the dodgy outfit.

We’ve now forked out for text messages from this number on eight separate instances, each one costing us £2.56! It’s really added up over time. Fortunately, Vodafone has apparently managed to block this number for us, but we'll have to wait and see if it holds next month. The texts have been coming from 83023, and we’ve been told it’s linked to a logo and ringtone service, despite never having signed up for any such notifications. Initially, Vodafone advised us to call 071 8719625, but now we’ve only been given 0844 5796360, and it seems impossible to get through to anyone-there’s never a response or even a message.
