If you want to order plants from Thompson and Morgan, this is the number you need to call. The first time I rang, it just kept ringing and I never got through, but they still took 20p off me. When I finally managed to connect on a second attempt, it cost me £1.36. It looks like every Thompson and Morgan customer is getting stung like this. It feels like a sneaky way to rip people off. I definitely won’t be buying from Thompson and Morgan anymore.

I recently came across an ad for Thompson and Morgan's garden plants in the Daily Mail, and decided to order a couple of hanging baskets. To my astonishment, they slapped on a £4.00 phone fee just to place the order! Absolutely ridiculous. Suffice it to say, I won’t be giving them my business in the future. Complete and utter daylight robbery!
