I've experienced a similar situation before. I received a missed call from +44 7462 020376, and they left a voicemail with no sound. Shortly after, I received the same text with the same reference number. This is actually a fraudulent scheme aimed at tricking people into calling the 0844 number where they would be put on hold indefinitely and charged premium rates for the call.
