It's undoubtedly those numpties at BC&W stirring up trouble for my partner on behalf of British Gas. The poor lass is in bankruptcy, so surely that's against the law? Yet, that doesn't seem to bother them one bit!

Thank you for your assistance. We're currently grappling with a persistent issue regarding Scottish Power. While it was supposedly being resolved, it seems these individuals are demanding payment for a sum that Scottish Power has explicitly stated we don't owe. It's absolutely appalling to navigate this situation; I can confidently say we will steer clear of this company in the future, even if they were offering free energy!
