I’m with them already and I’ve had to sort out a claim with them. They charge you 7p a minute plus whatever fees your provider adds on. Bit annoying how they tack on those extra costs!

I normally ignore calls from numbers I don’t recognise, just letting them ring through to voicemail, which is exactly what happened with this number calling me at 1.10pm today. If me or my missus picks up, we usually just wait for the caller to say something; quite often, they hang up straight away - sometimes you can hear the noise of a call centre in the background. When calls come from overseas, we sometimes pretend we can’t hear anything, and they seem to give up pretty quick. Has anyone tried those call blocking devices? Most of these annoying calls come in between 11am and 3pm, but I got caught off guard around 9pm last night when a lady with perfect RP started chatting about PPI.
