I didn’t make the call, but somehow the cost ended up on my bill. It’s not a huge amount, but still, it’s the principle that annoys me. Plus, being an older person already stressed out by other things, it’s just an added hassle.
A quick look online shows this has been happening for quite some time!

What’s weirder is that Call Guardian never flags it, even though it catches every other call coming in or going out. Can BT please step in and sort this out? Or are they happy to just keep taking cash no matter what?

I just noticed a £2.40 charge from this number, but I honestly don’t remember making any call to them.

Just noticed this number on my phone bill from July 2016 while checking today. I’m pretty sure I didn’t ring it, though I can’t recall if it tried ringing me or if anyone talked on the line. Either way, I definitely didn’t call it back.

This number keeps showing up on my phone statement but I swear I never rang it. I’ve been billed for calls that I didn’t make at all.
On the 16th of Feb 2016
Also on the 3rd and 9th of March 2016
Then on the 11th of April 2016, it says I made 8 calls to this number and I got charged for them.
Does anyone know how to get these calls and charges removed from my bill? Really need some advice here!
