I can assure you it wasn't my doing, yet here we are being billed regardless! The amount isn't vast, but it's the principle that irks me. On top of that, it adds an unnecessary worry for an elderly individual who has enough on their plate already.
A quick internet search reveals this issue has been plaguing others for quite some time!

What’s peculiar is that this isn’t even flagged up on the Call Guardian service, which usually manages to catch everything else, inbound and outbound. Can we please get BT's attention on this matter? Or are they simply happy to keep lining their pockets, indifferent to the concerns of their customers?

I’ve noticed a £2.40 charge from this number, but I can’t remember ever giving them a ring.

I've just come across a number on my phone bill from July 2016. To be honest, I have no recollection of dialling it myself, and I'm unsure whether it called me or if anyone engaged in conversation. One thing's for certain, I haven’t returned the call.

I've noticed that this number appears on my phone bill, and I've been billed for several calls to it that I definitely haven’t made. Specifically, there are charges listed for the 16th of February 2016, as well as the 3rd and 9th of March 2016, and again on the 11th of April 2016 for a total of 8 calls. Can anyone advise me on how to put a stop to these unwanted charges and calls on my account? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
