I rang Hastings Direct twice and ended up paying £25 - what a rip-off! Definitely not sorting my car insurance through them again. I've got two cars insured, so that's their loss for sure!!!

Hastings are just taking the mick! I called 08445611417 and ended up paying 45p per minute plus an extra 7p per minute service fee. After being on the phone for 18 minutes, I got charged nearly £10. Honestly, that’s just outrageous.

I CALLED THIS INSURANCE FIRM TO FILE A CLAIM, BUT BEFORE I EVEN BEGAN, I ASKED IF IT WAS A FREE NUMBER, GUY SAID IT WAS. AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS I ENDED UP WITH A HUGE PHONE BILL. THEN I WENT TO THE O2 STORE AND FOUND OUT IT COST 55P PER MINUTE. DID THE MATH AND REALISED I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR NEARLY 2 HOURS!
