We received a call from 08445598067 regarding some sort of insurance payment protection. They asked us to press five to sort out a refund. The thing is, we've never purchased any payment protection insurance in the first place!

Received a call from these folks claiming to assist with PPI refunds. Trouble is, I’ve never had PPI in the first place and we don’t have any grounds for a refund. It’s quite vexing, to say the least.
