I received a call earlier today regarding what they said was a PPI refund processing. The thing is, I’ve never even submitted a claim, so it’s obviously a scam. I wouldn’t bother, just end the call!

I missed the call as I wasn't by the phone when it rang. So, I rang 1471 to find out who was trying to get in touch.

I've received a dodgy automated call regarding payment protection that was asking for my details. Whatever you do, do not press any buttons on your phone when they call! This number is definitely not reliable.
