We recently received a rather peculiar message from ARC inquiring about a girl whose name is completely unfamiliar to us. To add to our confusion, we're also inundated with calls from what I think is Mercer/Barclay Card, and it seems they haven’t realised that we have no clue who this lady is. I’m just curious, at what point can the police intervene regarding this persistent nuisance? We reside up in the North of Scotland-Is there a specific protocol for handling such matters in Scotland too? It’s absolutely dreadful having to endure this kind of harassment!

I recently received a message from ARC inquiring about a young woman I've never heard of before. It was only today that the phone has been ringing off the hook from what I presume is Mercer/Barclay Card, and they clearly didn’t fathom that we wouldn’t know who this person is. At what point can the police become involved to address this persistent harassment? I'm located up in the North of Scotland; is there any way we can address this issue while you're in Scotland as well? It’s absolutely infuriating to endure such relentless disturbance!
