It appears this is some sort of dubious CRS Debt operation. We keep receiving voicemail messages from a certain Joan Davis, yet when we attempt to return the call to the provided number, we are met with an interminable silence after a minute or two of hold music. It's rather puzzling-either Joan is exceptionally busy flitting about or perhaps she's a fictitious character meant to lure unsuspecting individuals into dialling premium rate numbers, leading to quite the hefty phone bill! I suppose we'll find out the true extent of this ruse when our next phone bill arrives.

I've received a call from this number asking to conduct a voice verification. They claimed to be from a debt collection agency called CRS. However, I can confidently say we have never been in debt. This seems to be nothing more than a scam!
