I keep receiving messages from the number 08445591232 almost daily, telling me to 'get in touch with this number to avoid coming to the premises.' The reference they provided is SBCH004. I've reported this to Sussex Police, logged under serial number 461 from January 9th. Quite suspicious, I must say.
