I rang this number and to be honest O2 clearly mention on their site that 0844 calls cost 65p a minute. It turned out to be Buyspares. The reason I called was because their website wasn’t working with my outdated browser. In the end, I managed to place an order through a newer browser for a part I needed. On the bright side, I found a discount code for Buyspares online and saved 20% on what was probably my first and only purchase from them.

tried ringing this number 4 times to order some spare parts coz the first 3 times they left me hanging forever and then cut me off. finally spoke to someone on the 4th go. ended up paying a ridiculous £21.86 plus VAT making it £26.23 in total. feels like a total rip-off, stay well clear of these lot!
