I can’t quite recall which company I rang, but the number 08445571930 left me hanging. Took about 15 minutes on the phone and ended up with a hefty bill - they charged 55p a minute just to connect and on top of that 10p per minute for the call itself. When it all added up, I was charged around £10 for that short wait. Really frustrating during the workday.
