I was under the impression this was Amazon's genuine customer support line. I actually contacted Amazon through this number and managed to get my money back for gloves that I sent back because they were defective??

I got hit with an £11 fee just for calling these from my phone.

On 26th Sept 2019, I received a call from this number and to my surprise, I was charged £2.27 just for picking up. It was pretty annoying, so I’ve blocked them now in the hopes they won’t ring again. Fingers crossed it puts an end to it!

Anyone else getting calls from Amazon and wondering why they're ringing me? Never ordered anything, so this has me confused. Thought maybe it was a scam or someone mixed up the number. Just wish they'd stop calling!

Green Heating Renewables or whoever they are, they're just ripping people off by making these expensive reverse charge calls. This number should honestly be blocked immediately.

I was having trouble logging into my Amazon account, so I searched online for a phone number to try and get help. Found this number and gave it a ring.
At first, the person sounded legit and quite helpful, but then they started asking for my credit card info! I hung up straight away. Definitely looks like a scam to me - avoid this number at all costs!
