Regarding the number 66333, I must say, it seems to be linked to a rather dodgy outfit. MX Telecom Pty Ltd., located at 704/14 Kings Cross Road, Potts Point, Sydney, NSW 2001. Just thought I'd share my thoughts on their rather unscrupulous operations.

We’ve been getting messages from the number 66333, mentioning something about a cell cash quiz. It turns out they’re charging us more than £2 per text! We definitely haven’t signed up for anything like this. Has anyone else come across a similar situation linked to the company mentioned earlier, spongegroup.com?

If you'd like to stop receiving texts, simply send "quit" to 66333. This method worked a treat for us, so I'm confident it'll do the same for you!

I've been getting texts from the number 663 about something called 'cell quiz cash'. It’s just dawned on me that they’re billing me for two messages! I’ve certainly never signed up for anything like that. Is there anyone out there who can confirm if this is the same company referred to earlier as spongegroup.com?

Absolutely the same experience! I’ve been getting text messages from this number for weeks now, yet I’ve ignored them and deleted them straight away. Since terminating my contract with Vodafone, I've got no credit left, and now I'm bombarded with messages urging me to top up my account to receive communications! Honestly, I’m quite disheartened by Vodafone's service! It feels like my phone number isn’t safe in the slightest.

We've encountered the exact same predicament with these fraudulent calls. It appears that you ought to text "QUIT ALL" in uppercase letters and forward it to 663. This indeed originated from a company based in New South Wales, Australia, and it seems that all telecom providers are informed about this issue. They do not seem to respond to the support hotline. For those looking for assistance, you can reach out via the NSW Police Force’s contact link: police.nsw.gov.au/contact_us. These individuals are perpetrating a scam that is against the law, and if enough of us report them, surely action will be taken!

What an absolute con! We're baffled as to how these scoundrels obtained our number. We reached out to their customer service, as noted above, and they promised that those bloody £1.70 plus VAT texts would cease. It took us a tedious half an hour on the line with Orange just to sort this out. As the service provider, Orange has a duty to tackle this whole sham. They really should distance themselves from such unscrupulous individuals!

When we signed up for our SIM, we were inundated with a barrage of these texts, alongside countless others that were strikingly similar. It seems rather suspect, doesn't it? Someone must be cashing in during the process of acquiring a new phone or sending these messages. I'm currently with Orange and I'm resolutely pursuing this issue further.

We tried accessing that link, but all we found was a competition for an iPod, and it required us to provide our phone number. We're not keen on doing that, as it looks like these folks are just going to bombard us with text messages. We're after something more substantial. How did you manage to make contact with them?

Received a text from 66006 that set me back £2. I’ve not signed up for any service like this, and I've been told to call a number to stop it. I’m just keen to find out who these blokes are that are trying to fleece me.

We've been bombarded with texts from 66006 right after we opted out of messages from 63232. Noticed that Motime, which I hadn’t even signed up for, is involved as well. Solo was kind enough to give us the phone number linked to the 63232 messages, but there’s been radio silence regarding 66006. Apparently, it should show up on our phone bill, but it’s not there. I’m curious if anyone managed to get any assistance with this.

We tried ringing this number, but the operator informed us that the call couldn't go through as the number seems to be incorrect. Where on earth did Sponge acquire this number? The operator can't make heads or tails of it without knowing a specific city, and alas, there’s no city provided. Can someone lend a hand here?

At present, we’re tied into a contract with T-Mobile, and I must say, we’re absolutely incensed! Lately, we've received texts from the number 66333, and quite frankly, it’s infuriating, especially since we’ve heard others are experiencing the same issue. Come Tuesday morning, we’ll be ringing up our provider and terminating this contract without hesitation! It's appalling that we feel trapped in this situation! Also, regarding the earlier comment about reaching out via email, we’d love to know whether you received any assistance about this predicament or if it remains unsolved?

We've been getting messages from 60066, about two a day, all asking if we'd like to join some sort of game. Just a little while ago, we shot off a text saying "quit", and almost immediately received a reply confirming that we're now unsubscribed and shouldn't expect any more messages. We'll keep you updated in a few days to let you know how this all pans out.

We've been receiving text messages from 66333 stating that we’re out of credit and need to respond with 'stop'. After topping up £5.00 on Friday evening, we surprisingly received another two messages before we even managed to send 'quit'. By Sunday night, we discovered our balance had plummeted to just 75p. We had only sent one text, which should have cost us a mere 4p. Unsurprisingly, attempts to reach out via the 08445 number have been fruitless. We've now fired off an email requesting a refund to [email protected]. Fingers crossed we hear back soon!

We’re experiencing the exact same problem with these dodgy characters! It seems imperative that you cease all text messages immediately. Just to clarify, make sure to capitalise everything and send it to 663. This is a company based in New South Wales, Australia, and it seems that all the telecom providers are already in the loop about them. They seem utterly unresponsive to any helpline queries. Therefore, I suggest reaching out to the NSW Police at nsw.gov.au/contact_us. This link leads directly to their contact page! It’s clear these individuals are engaging in scams that breach multiple laws, and I found that once I connected with them, they actually took notice! Perhaps they will take further action!
