Oh, absolutely right, my friend! These folks called us and straightaway cut the line. So, we decided to return the call and told the chap to erase our details. He seemed a bit flustered, mumbling something about handling mis-sold mortgages. After a rather awkward pause, he just thanked us and hung up. Honestly, I'd be quite taken aback if it wasn't "Dan" who answered the call!

We encountered a similar situation, but to our delight, everything was wrapped up well within the four weeks mentioned by the company. We initially forked out £180 and discovered we had a claim amounting to £23,500. We were absolutely chuffed with that result, so we promptly settled the remaining balance. Just three weeks later, a cheque for that full amount arrived in the post, and we couldn't be happier with their service!

This number keeps bothering us with calls a couple of times daily, without fail! It’s starting to grate on our nerves. They always ask for a Mrs Keenan, someone we've never even heard of. As soon as we mention that they’ve got the wrong number, they launch into some spiel about a so-called PPI refund. Honestly, why on earth would we be interested when they're not reaching out to the right person in the first place? We’ve told them countless times to remove us from their database, as we absolutely have no interest. So now, whenever they ring, we simply hang up on them!

Just had a call and I could have been easily swayed. When these folks asked for money upfront, we quickly lost interest. To be honest, we've been bombarded with calls today-three already, in fact! So, do take care out there!

I received a call from this number and as soon as we said hello, they just hung up. We're not entirely sure whether we'll be charged for that call or not. We'll find out when our bill arrives!

Steer clear of dialling the number again; we just tried it and it rang continuously with no one on the other end. To make matters worse, it charged us for the call on our mobile! It seems quite suspicious that others claim they received calls back from this lot and were charged an amount. It really gives the impression that those individuals are somehow in cahoots with this organisation or whoever is behind this trickery!

It appears you're someone who might struggle with a bit of patience, as well as being quick to irritation. If you'd only taken a moment to hear out the person who called you, you might have had a much more positive experience, much like us. We've ended up substantially better off-34 grand, in fact-thanks to Charge Right. It's a shame to grumble when a bit of understanding could have led to something beneficial.
