I've no idea who this number belongs to, but they rang me and it ended up costing me 53p. Not pleased at all.

Got a call about something to do with Northumbrian Water. I rang the number back and gave them a case reference. The person I spoke to said that the reference didn’t match anything on their end and that it must be an error. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

I received a text message from LCS requesting that we get in touch regarding a Vanquis account. They provided a reference number to mention, but we’ve never had any account with Vanquis nor have we ever interacted with LCS, which seems to be a debt collection agency. Very odd indeed!
