I received a call from this number, which I'm unfamiliar with, and to my surprise, I was billed 53 pence for it. I'm quite displeased with this situation.

I received a call that supposedly pertained to Northumbrian Water. Naturally, I decided to ring the number back, providing them with my case reference. However, the individual on the line informed me that it seemed to be an error, as the reference didn’t match anything related to their records. It’s left me feeling rather uneasy about the whole situation.

I received a text message from LCS requesting that we get in touch regarding a Vanquis account. They provided a reference number to mention, but we’ve never had any account with Vanquis nor have we ever interacted with LCS, which seems to be a debt collection agency. Very odd indeed!
