I've been dealing with LCS Debt Collections on behalf of Scottish Power, and I must say, it’s been quite the ordeal. They’re relentlessly pursuing us for a debt that simply doesn’t exist! Every time we try to reach out for clarification, it's as if we’re speaking to a brick wall-no one ever picks up the phone. Their call queue system is utterly absurd and incredibly frustrating!
