Right from the beginning, it felt dodgy. They kept going on about a discount, saying my account was picked in some kind of draw or something... The way they chatted was just off. Even though they called me first, they wanted me to give them my personal info to 'verify' me. When I started asking questions, they just cut me off. Definitely a scam, no doubt about it.

I got a phone call from someone claiming to be from 02 but the number was actually from India. When I asked some questions to check, they rang me again but this time the number showed up as 02’s official customer service. They already knew loads about me and sounded legit, but as soon as I pressed them for more proof, they turned really rude. While I was still on the line, they tried to reset my account, which made me suspicious. When I called them out, they just ended the call straight away. This one felt well planned, so definitely watch out for it!
