They gave me a list of providers and I called the first one (don’t remember exactly but the name started with something like “Riuis”). Ended up waiting on the phone for about 21 minutes! Just checked my phone bill and it cost me £3.10. Ridiculous!

I can't believe they've slapped me with a bill of £3.66 after I was on the phone for 19 minutes, all to get them to fix a blunder of their own making. It’s simply scandalous! This was my fourth call, and the issue still wasn’t resolved. What a complete rip-off!
