Avoid Be Wiser Insurance at all costs. I got charged £13 just for waiting on hold about car insurance. Absolutely never going back to them again.

They gave me a list of providers and I called the first one (don’t remember exactly but the name started with something like “Riuis”). Ended up waiting on the phone for about 21 minutes! Just checked my phone bill and it cost me £3.10. Ridiculous!

I recently phoned the number 0844 499 9410 for Call Be Wiser to sort out a quote on car insurance. They also let me add breakdown cover onto my current policy and even help out with making claims if you have an accident or your car breaks down. Pretty handy service for managing your insurance.

I had to call four separate times because the issue they caused still wasn’t fixed. To make matters worse, I spent 19 minutes waiting on hold and then got slapped with a ridiculous £3.66 charge. Total scam if you ask me.
