I received a call from this number and they provided me with some paperwork along with an envelope for its return. We duly completed the forms and sent them off via tracked delivery, but it appears that they’ve never received them. Consequently, we’re now in the process of filing a claim. It’s rather frustrating as we’ve attempted to contact this number multiple times earlier today, on the 20th of January, 2010.

We received a call from this number just prior to Christmas. My partner had a conversation with the caller, who appeared to be from a company that claimed they could help us reclaim funds from our endowment insurance provider. Since we weren’t available at the time, he asked the caller to ring back, but that hasn't happened. The calling ID displayed the number, and we've been trying to reach them for over a week now, but to no avail. It seems these folks have recorded a message saying they’re closed until today!

So, we've gone ahead and filed a claim, which is also for my benefit. We've called this number numerous times earlier today, specifically on the 20th of January, 2010.
