I've made multiple attempts to get in touch with TG Financial - the contact person being Jodie. I was assured that a settlement would be arranged in January. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out on this number that supposedly belongs to the Welsh government, I've yet to receive any response.

I've just realised that £2000 has been snatched from me after being told I was in line for a whopping £9,430 in PPI compensation. I’ve forked out their fees, but every time I try to ring them, all I get is the dreaded answerphone. It’s starting to feel like I’ve fallen victim to a scam! They’ve taken the money straight from my Barclay card and now I’m left with a hefty debt. As a pensioner relying on pension credit, these repayments are proving to be a real struggle.

Claims to be a government consultant for PPI sales, but I find this utterly absurd, as there’s no actual endorsement for individuals regarding PPI matters. They provided an FCA registration number, CRM3442, which I’ve checked, and it seems to be nonexistent in the FSA/FCA Register. Absolutely dodgy if you ask me!
