I've been trying loads of times to get in touch with TG Financial. The person I need to speak with is Jodie, and they told me I'd get a settlement by January. I've kept ringing this number, which apparently is linked to the Welsh government, but I've never had anyone answer.

I got charged £2000 after they told me I was owed £9,430 in PPI compensation. I’ve already paid their fees, but whenever I call back, it just goes to voicemail. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. The money was taken from my Barclay card and now I’m left having to pay it off. I’m a pensioner living on pension credit, so dealing with these repayments is really tough for me.

Said he was some kind of Government consultant dealing with PPI claims. Total rubbish, as far as I know, no one is officially allowed to handle PPI like that on their own. He threw out an FCA registration number, CRM3442, but when I checked the FCA register, it wasn’t listed anywhere. Seems dodgy to me.
