I got hit with a £3.28 charge after a 17 minute call about my sofa insurance claim from sofology/dfs. That’s like 20p a minute! Seriously unfair, they should definitely tell you about these costs upfront.

I got a random charge of £14.03 on my bill and decided to call Sky to find out what it was for. They couldn’t locate the number straight away but were really helpful, they actually called it themselves and then told me it was from Sofology, the sofa company.
