Even though I’m entitled to complimentary calls over the weekend, I still incurred charges for two calls I made to the number mentioned above and 08444778000. I’d strongly recommend steering clear of those numbers and looking for another option instead. I was trying to arrange a booking with National Holidays, but they left me hanging on the line and then transferred me over to the second number, which ended up taking a whopping 7.08 minutes!

I’ve just gone through my phone bill and noticed I was hit with a charge of 42p for a mere 14 seconds spent trying to sort out the delivery of post to my old address. In the end, I opted to send the letter back with a note saying I no longer wished to receive any correspondence. It’s absolutely ludicrous how much they charge for something you haven't even asked for! I really detest feeling cheated like this.
