Absolutely! What a right shambles. When you try to ring up to book an appointment with your GP and you’re met with an engaged tone, these folks still have the gall to charge 15p just for the privilege of letting you know they're swamped! It all adds up - we ended up shelling out over £6, and by the time we finally got through, every slot was already filled. Honestly, it’s like a punishment for being unwell!

I found out that this number belongs to Dr. Kennedy & Partners over on Ashby Road. When you give them a call, you're charged for the minutes and any extras on your mobile, which we thought would just be a local call. What a swindle, honestly!

In the end, it ended up costing us over £6, and by the time we finally got through, all the slots were gone. Honestly, it's cheaper to stay healthy!
