Once more, I've fallen prey to Bannatynes' tricky tactics regarding this issue. I must clarify, however, that the number 0344 4774777 won't cost you anything extra - provided it's included in your mobile plan. Essentially, it's charged at the same rate as any regular call.

I can't believe we’ve been hit with a £16.20 bill just for two calls that barely added up to 33 minutes! We were really given the runaround regarding our spa reservation, which is utterly appalling. Honestly, after this experience, we won't be returning to Bannatyne’s at all. To top it off, they didn't mention anywhere what the call rates would be, and the service left a lot to be desired! Disgraceful!

My partner attempted to secure us a spa day at Bannatyne’s, using this contact number. She was kept on hold multiple times, resulting in a lengthy phone call that lasted 23 minutes and racked up over £4 in charges, which we only discovered upon reviewing our phone bill weeks later! Additionally, we had to adjust our reservation due to a family funeral, and that incurred another £2 for the two calls we made to sort it out. Quite frankly, Duncan, this isn't very accommodating; it feels more akin to the antics of a dragon than customer service. We certainly won't be booking with them again.
