We're struggling to understand this situation. We've not created any of these rings ourselves, although we do have two in our possession. The trouble is, we can't identify who the owners are. So far, these individuals have racked up a cost of £3.50. Virgin Media insists that our children must be responsible for making these rings, but that simply isn't the case. There's no way those little ones could have done it.
