I stumbled upon this number while looking for the "BT fault line contact". My landline was completely out of action, and my internet connection was practically non-existent, all because of the hiccup with my broadband. When I finally got through, it definitely felt like I was chatting with BT, given the repeated questions they posed. The automated message kept droning on about "high call volumes, please hold and we'll get to you shortly." I ended up waiting for a frustrating 53 minutes without any luck, only to find I’d incurred a £23 charge on my O2 bill. Luckily, a mate of mine sent me an alternative number via text, and I managed to connect almost straight away to report the issue.
