I received a call informing me about a courtesy vehicle they’ve arranged and the repairs needed for my car, following an accident from quite some time ago on the 6th of November, 2015-where their client has fully acknowledged responsibility. I must admit, it’s quite baffling to me, considering I don’t drive at all, have never been in an accident, and don’t even possess a vehicle! They clearly have my name and phone number as they left both a text message and a voicemail at the same time. Quite the unexpected turn of events, wouldn’t you say?
