I’ve discovered that this number is associated with Dial Direct, and I strongly advise against calling it from a mobile. We attempted to reach them but ended up waiting on hold for ages until they simply abandoned the call. When we tried again, we found their offices had already closed. It’s clear they just left us hanging as they neared closing time! Their charges for mobile calls are absurdly high, and the lack of helpful customer service resulted in us racking up a bill of £63 due to their sheer ineptitude. When we raised our concerns, they were completely indifferent to our plight.
