Honestly, these lot are proper scammers.

Avoid calling this number from a mobile phone, it’s linked to Dial Direct. We called twice because the first time they put us on hold and never picked back up. When we rang again, the office was shut, so they clearly just left us waiting to dodge dealing with us near closing time. The charges for calling mobiles are way too high, and their terrible customer service, plus having to make loads of calls because of their mistakes, ended up costing us £63. When we raised the issue, they just didn’t care.
